On August 6, 2026, one set of our QT4-15 automatic concrete block making machine was successfully dispatched from our factory to a valued customer in Africa. The order includes the QT4-15 host machine together with matched accessories and molds, ready for local production of hollow blocks, solid bricks, paving stones and interlocking blocks.

The QT4-15 is a PLC-controlled, hydraulic-vibration block machine with a 15–20 second molding cycle. It can produce standard 400×200×200 mm hollow blocks at approximately 5,700–7,600 pieces per 8-hour shift, and switches product type quickly by changing molds. The machine body, hydraulic unit, electric cabinet and spare parts were professionally packed and secured for long-distance transport.
Prior to dispatch, the entire line underwent a full run-test with materials in our workshop. After passing quality inspection, it was properly rust-proofed and packed according to international export standards.
African customers continue to choose the QT4-15 for its stable output, low labor requirement and strong adaptation to local cement-sand-aggregate ratios. Our team will provide online guidance for installation, commissioning and mold changeover upon arrival.
