On August 14, 2026, another set of our fully automatic block making machine was successfully dispatched from our factory to a valued customer in a Caribbean island nation. The order includes the main machine together with matching accessories and molds, enabling local production of hollow blocks, solid bricks, paving stones, and interlocking blocks.

This fully automatic block making machine features PLC control and hydraulic-vibration technology, with a fast molding cycle of 15–20 seconds. It delivers a daily output of thousands of standard-sized blocks per 8-hour shift, and allows quick product changeovers by simply swapping molds. All components including the mainframe, hydraulic system, electric cabinet, and spare parts were carefully packed and secured for safe long-distance ocean transit.

Before dispatch, the complete production line passed a full run-test with materials in our workshop. After quality inspection, the equipment was rust-proofed and professionally packed following international export standards.
