August 7, 2026 — Our factory successfully loaded and shipped one set of the QT4-24 semi-automatic concrete block making machine to a client in the Caribbean on August 7, 2026. The equipment is now en route to the customer’s port and is expected to support local production of hollow blocks, solid bricks, and paving stones.

The QT4-24 is a proven, cost-effective solution designed for small and medium-scale block plants. With a molding cycle of around 24 seconds and a capacity of roughly 2,500–3,200 blocks per 8-hour shift, the machine balances productivity with low initial investment. Its semi-automatic operation, interchangeable molds, and adaptable vibration system allow producers to manufacture 400×200×200 mm hollow blocks, standard solid bricks, interlocking pavers, and curbstones using locally available materials such as cement, sand, gravel, stone powder, and construction waste.

Prior to shipment, the machine underwent full assembly, running tests, and quality inspection in our workshop. The exported package includes the QT4-24 host machine, a JQ-series pan mixer, belt conveyor, block stacker, standard molds, and a spare parts kit. Each component was carefully packed for ocean freight to ensure safe arrival and fast on-site installation.
