On June 24, 2026, our factory successfully completed the loading and container shipment of four (4) sets of QT4-24 semi-automatic concrete block making machines to an overseas customer.
Prior to delivery, all units underwent a full round of quality inspection and trial running—including the main block machine host, JQ350 pan mixer, belt conveyor, block stacker, control panel, and spare parts—to ensure stable performance upon arrival. Each QT4-24 production line is capable of manufacturing hollow blocks, solid bricks, interlocking pavers, and curbstones by simply changing the mold, making it a cost-effective and popular choice for small to medium-sized block plants worldwide.
The order was carefully packed in standard export packaging and loaded into containers under strict supervision. We appreciate our customer's trust and look forward to supporting their block production business with our ongoing after-sales service and technical assistance.
About the QT4-24 Block Making Machine
The QT4-24 is a semi-automatic vibration-molding block machine featuring easy operation, low maintenance, and wide adaptability to local raw materials such as cement, fly ash, sand, and crushed stone. Its forming cycle is approx. 24–30 seconds, with a daily output suitable for regional construction material supply.
