On July 6, 2026, a delegation of valued clients from Africa paid an on-site visit to the AIWEI factory to inspect our fully automatic block making machine (block molding machine / brick machine) production line. The visit aimed to gain an in-depth understanding of our manufacturing capabilities, equipment performance, and turnkey solutions for the local block production market in Africa.

Our technical and sales team warmly welcomed the guests and accompanied them through the production workshop, where the clients observed the complete assembly process of our fully automatic block making machines—from raw material batching systems and mixers to the core block molding press, stackers, and PLC control cabinets. A live demonstration of the automatic production cycle allowed the customers to witness the machine's stable operation, high molding precision, and efficient output firsthand.

During the discussion session, AIWEI engineers introduced the features of our block machines suitable for African market conditions, including multi-mold compatibility (hollow blocks, solid bricks, interlocking pavers, curbstones), energy-efficient hydraulic/vibration systems, and user-friendly touch-screen PLC control. The clients raised questions regarding daily capacity, power adaptation, mold change procedures, and after-sales support, all of which were answered in detail by our team.

The African clients spoke highly of AIWEI's manufacturing standards and product quality. They noted that seeing the equipment in actual operation gave them greater confidence in proceeding with their block factory project back home.
