AIWEI MACHINE (Linyi Aiwei Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd.) is pleased to announce the successful shipment of one set of QT4-25 semi-automatic concrete hollow block making machine, which was loaded and dispatched from our factory on June 18th.

Before shipment, the machine underwent a full round of factory acceptance tests—including vibration performance, electrical system checks, and mold fitting—to ensure stable operation upon arrival. The shipment package includes the QT4-25 host machine, JQ500 mixer, belt conveyor, automatic pallet feeder, block trolleys, one set of standard hollow block molds, and a complimentary set of wearing parts.

The QT4-25 block making machine is equipped with a user-friendly PLC control system and a high-efficiency vibration molding system. By simply changing the mold, it can produce various specifications of hollow blocks, solid bricks, interlocking pavers, and curbstones. With a forming cycle of 20–25 seconds, it is an ideal choice for small to medium-sized block factories seeking reliable performance at a cost-effective investment.
